Do I need a trust, or is a will enough?
It depends on what you own, where it is, and how private you want things to be. Many families only need a will. We'll tell you honestly at the consultation.
How much does an estate plan cost?
Most plans are quoted as a flat fee after the consultation. You'll know the full price before any work starts.
Do you handle cases outside Oklahoma County?
Yes. We work with clients across Oklahoma and meet by video when that's easier.
What if a family member disagrees with the will?
We'll explain your options. If a dispute becomes a lawsuit, we'll refer you to a trusted litigation attorney.
